Independent mediation for uniting action on climate change
‘The natural thing to do’ to secure a safe future for our children
This new paper by Janet Salisbury has grown out of many years of leading A Chorus of Women's promotion of a culture of conversation in Canberra.
She proposes that women should lead a politically independent ‘wisdom council’ chosen from a range of relevant disciplines and backgrounds. This council could develop and mediate proposals for the social, economic and environmental changes needed to avoid further escalation of dangerous climate change.
